On behalf of the Government of Socialist Republic of Vietnam, I warmly welcome The 3^rd International Exhibition on Shipbuilding, Marine Technology & Transportation to be held by Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (VINASHIN), Vietnam National Shipping Lines (VINALINES) and C.I.S Vietnam Advertising & Exhibition Ltd with the participation of various domestic and foreign companies and corporations.

The Shipbuilding Industry in Vietnam has a very important role in constructing infrastructure, supplying facilities and equipment for the marine economy as well as positively acting upon and supporting the development of different industries for the Vietnam economy, contributing to the process of national industrialization and modernization.
