3.Note:
1.The Badge Registration will be supplied by the Organizer only to delegates registered in this Form.
2.Please include name of your agent’s personnel who will be present at your stand.
3.The badges will be issued in person at the Exhibition venue.
All exhibitors are required to wear badges as their pass during the move-in, exhibition and move-out periods.
4.This is neither a visa application nor a travel and accommodation reservation procedure.
For visa application, please send the personal particulars (No. of passport, date of birth, date of issue,
date of expire...) to the Travel Service Section belonging to the Organizer.
5.Please make a copy for your record.
