The sponsor program not only aims at assisting activities of conference and exhibition 2008 but also maximize your commercial promotion in the Vietnamese market. We offer you sponsor programs with different sponsor’s interest for your consideration. Sponsor programs I. Gold sponsor: The Organizer of the 4th International Exhibition on Shipbuilding, Marine Technology & Transportation have designed a Gold Sponsorship Program to acknowledge those companies keen to be more involved with Vietnam's modernization, industrialization and trade development. Through this program the sponsoring companies will enjoy maximum exposure in all promotional activities before and during the Exhibition 2008.
The following benefits are offered to the Exhibition 2008 Gold Sponsor: 1. The sponsor's name and logo will be acknowledged on all advertisement, promotional materials including invitations, tickets, exhibition directory and banners, billboards as the Exhibition's Gold Sponsor. 2. To be supplied 3 package stands or 54spm indoor raw space free of charge in the exhibition 3. A senior representative of the sponsor can attend and deliver a short speech at the Exhibition's press conference. 4. Opening Ceremony Invitation (50 pieces), Tickets (100 pieces) and opening banquet invitations (15 pieces) will be provided to the sponsor for distribution to its clients. 5. One advertising page (4-color) in inside front cover, free of charge, will be offered to the sponsor (the positive separated film supplied by the sponsor). 6. The sponsor has two panos of each 8 sq.m in the Exhibition venue (the panes produced by the sponsor). 7. The Gold sponsor will have two advertising bandrolls hanging under two balloons at the Exhibition venue (produced by the organizer). 8. The exhibition organizers will assist the sponsor in getting the best personalized promotion in Vietnam by free distribution of catalogues, arranging press conference, etc... Eligibility to be a Gold Sponsor: The Sponsor will donate a sum of US$ 20,000 to become the Gold Sponsor, subject to the acceptance of the Organizer. The number of the Exhibition Gold Sponsor is only one.
II. Silver Sponsor: This Sponsorship is open to companies wishing to lend their support to the Exhibition 2006 and also making their public well - known title in Vietnam market.
The following benefits offered to the Exhibition 2006 Silver Sponsor: 1. The sponsor's name and logo will be acknowledged on all advertisement, promotional materials including invitations, tickets, exhibition directory and banners, billboards as the Exhibition's Silver Sponsor. 2. To be supplied 02 package stands or 36 m2 indoor raw space free of charge in the exhibition 3. Opening Ceremony Invitation (30 pieces), Tickets (100 pieces) and opening banquet invitation (15 pieces - if any) will be provided to the sponsor for distribution to its clients. 4. One (4-color) advertising page in inside back cover or inside back cover free of charge will be offered to the sponsor (the positive separated film supplied by the sponsor). 5. The sponsor has one pano of each 8sq.m in the Exhibition venue (the pano produced by the sponsor). 6. The exhibition organizers will assist the sponsor in getting the best personalized promotion in Vietnam by free distribution of catalogues, arranging press conference, etc... Eligibility to be a Silver Sponsor: The Sponsor will donate a sum of US$ 10,000 to become the Silver Sponsor, subject to the acceptance of the Organizer. The number of the Exhibition Silver Sponsor is not more than two.
III. co- Sponsor: This Sponsorship is open to companies wishing to lend their support to the Exhibition 2006 and also making their public well - known title in Vietnam market.
The following benefits are offered to the Exhibition 2006 Co- Sponsors: 1.To be supplied 01package stand free of charge in the exhibition 2. The sponsor's name and logo will be acknowledged on all advertisement, promotional materials including invitations, tickets, exhibition directory and banners, billboards as the Exhibition's Co-Sponsor. 3. Opening Ceremony Invitation (15 pieces), Tickets (50 pieces) and opening banquet invitation (4 pieces - if any) will be provided to the sponsor for distribution to its clients. 4. A inside (4-color) advertising page free of charge will be offered to the sponsor (the positive separated film supplied by the sponsor). 5. The sponsor has one banner in the Exhibition venue (the banner produced by the sponsor). 6. The exhibition organizers will assist the sponsor in getting the best personalized promotion in Vietnam by free distribution of catalogues.
